This section lists all research projects that have received formal approval from Mi’kmaw Ethics Watch (MEW). Each record includes details about the project’s purpose, researcher, and timeline, ensuring transparency and accountability in how research involving Mi’kmaw people, lands, and knowledge is conducted.

Every listing represents work that has met MEW’s ethical standards and aligns with the principles of Ownership, Control, Access, and Possession (OCAP®). Projects may range from health and education studies to community development initiatives, all reviewed to protect Mi’kmaw data and uphold cultural integrity.

Community members and partners can browse the approved projects to learn what research is taking place, who is leading it, and how it benefits Mi’kma’ki. Each entry includes a QR code linking to its individual approval record for quick verification and easy access to additional information.
